BILL OF RIGHTS: FREEDOM OF RELIGION

Our Founding Fathers wanted to establish individual rights when they began forming a framework for government in the 1700s. Now, more than two hundred years later, the Bill of Rights continues to protect American citizens on many levels, including the right to religious freedom.
