APPLESEEDS Name the Parakeet Contest Winners!

It's official! After reading all your terrific entires to help us name the AppleSeeds parakeet, he has chosen his new name! Introducing...Huckleberry Leaf!

Ashley Lynn B. of Neuenkirchen, Germany wrote:

"I think his name should be Huckleberry, because Huckleberry Finn is a character in a book by Mark Twain who goes on adventures, and the parakeet does, too."

And Katie M. of Arlington, Kansas wrote:

"I think the parakeet's name should be Leaf. H is small and green and the name goes well with AppleSeeds."
